Brazilian Rainbow Boa - Epicrates cenchria cenchria

Brazilian Rainbow Boas are the most colourful of the Rainbow Boas. In natural light they have a beautiful irredescent sheen to the scales and, unlike some other rainbow boas, hold their colouration throughout their life.

There are 10 subspecies of Rainbow Boa, some more colourful, some more tempermental.
